Collect sizes before you collect money

The slowest part of any team order is chasing sizes. Put a simple list on the gym wall or in your group chat with a name beside each size, and close it on a set date.

Decide on one team design, then allow personal touches

The strongest team kits keep the same colours and logo for everyone, and change only one element per fighter — usually the name on the waistband.

That way the team still reads as a team in photos, and each member gets something personal.

Get your logo files in order

Send the cleanest version of your gym logo you have, ideally the original file from whoever designed it. If you only have a photo or a social media export, say so — it can usually be redrawn.

• A note of your exact brand colours
• Any variant you use on dark backgrounds

Keep the design on file for the next batch

New members join all year. Once your design is approved, keep the reference so future batches match the first one instead of drifting slightly each time.
